Raspberry Dark Chocolate Pancakes

This is the perfect way to start your Valentines, white and dark chocolate all over!  Who wouldn't want this delicious treat for breakfast?
More importantly, these are 100% whole wheat, low(er) in sugar than traditional pancakes and incredibly easy for the chef.  In my mind, this is the perfect treat (gentlemen) to make for your loved on or for your family to show how much you care.

I mean...doesn't everyone know that delicious (and nutritious) food is the way to anyone's heart?!

Raspberry Dark Chocolate Pancakes10 Grain Pancake mix (or whole wheat pancakes)
1/2 c chopped dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa, or higher)
1/2 c quartered raspberries (or strawberries)
1 tsp butter (per serving of two pancakes)

Make your pancake batter by following the package directions.  Chop your toppings (raspberries and chocolate).  Pour the batter onto your griddle pan and top with your toppings.

Wait for bubbles and flip your flapjacks!  Once cooked, enjoy (or cut with a heart shaped cookie cutter for a more festive treat)!
