12 Days of Treats: Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies (Day 8)
Okay, sorry I'm late! I promise...this tardiness won't continue.... It seems that the closer I get to Christmas, the busier my life is getting. I'm sure you all feel that way too, right?
Well, I hope this treat helps you to slow down and enjoy the season a little bit more. Since we are in Georgia and probably won't have snow for Christmas, let these treats (with their pale white exterior) help you get into the winter wonderland mood! I know they helped me slow down and enjoy life...well, for a moment or two :)
Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks (or chips)
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and cream cheese together. Add vanilla and mix. Stir in flour and salt, just until blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
